LXL LLP Energy Handbook 2012
This handbook has been designed to assist and guide the energy lawyer with these tasks, in particular the lawyer who works within a State owned energy company. Each year a new version of the handbook will be written, updating the previous with current practice and precedent and commenting on trends which affect the lawyer’s work. Each year the handbook will also focus on a particular sector or issue within the industry. The 2012 Handbook focuses on the Gas and LNG sectors and the global Gas Supply Chain.
