LXL advised a Jordanian based company, Detail, on the establishment of a distribution network of air-supported structures in the Middle East and North African region including setting up and structuring a multi-jurisdictional international group structure, registration of IP, corporate document, and the exclusive reseller agreement with an eastern European manufacturer.
