Last year, we focused on the upstream regulatory framework in the United Kingdom Continental Shelf, including on licensing of oil and gas exploration and production, third party access to infrastructure, and joint operating agreements. In looking at petroleum sales agreements this year, we seek to provide a general overhaul as well as specific consideration of the mechanics of petroleum sales.
