Global Compliance Programme
LXL was appointed as the external legal counsel to one of the world’s leading oil and gas companies to set-up, maintain and implement, on monthly basis, a global compliance programme for the group. The programme included introducing guidelines, policies and measures to be implemented by the client in areas such as anti-corruption, bribery, gifts and hospitality, agents and intermediaries, facilitation of payments, commissions, JVs and acquisitions and international economic sanctions.
