Investment in a Natural Gas Field in the Eastern Mediterranean
Advising a participant in a joint venture in the Eastern Mediterranean on a range of matters including numerous aspects of its investment into a natural gas field and aspects of its participation in the joint venture as non-operator, certain elements of its supply of natural gas from its gas field to the national electricity company, and on aspects of natural gas from the gas field to neighbouring domestic markets including joint gas marketing arrangements, gas sale and purchase agreements and other take or pay arrangements, JOA amendments.
