Strategic Cooperation in the Russian oil and gas sector
LXL has advised CEFC on its acquisition of a 49.9% stake in two companies of the Rosneft Group in the Russian Federation. The main line of business of the target is oil and gas activities. This was a very important transaction for CEFC, which was based on the Strategic Cooperation Agreement announced publicly by the parties and the development potential and production profile for the different product of relevant strategic oil and gas assets held by the target companies.
