Successful complaint to the FIFA Disciplinary Committee against a national federation
Acted on behalf of a professional football intermediary company in relation to challenging the non-implementation of the FIFA Regulations on Working with Intermediaries (FIFA RWI) by a national member association.
The challenge was made by a way of a formal complaint to the Disciplinary Committee of the FIFA, whereby LXL has put forward legal arguments seeking FIFA’s to exercise its power in enforcing the regulations on the member association and order it to implement the regulations nationally.
The complaint was successful and the national federation was directed by the FIFA to implement the FIFA RWI.
