Supply of PV panels in the Middle East
Our lawyers advised a major supplier in the Middle East on Photovoltaic Panels Supply Agreements. The client is supplying the Photovoltaic Panels for the use in residential and business buildings in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The work by our lawyers included, inter alia, the drafting of a standard supply agreement (in English and Arabic) in accordance with the Saudi law and negotiating the terms of the agreement with the buyer.
