Paul is a senior commercial and finance lawyer with experience at partner/counsel level at major UK/US firms where he has been responsible for a number of major transactions.
He has substantial cross border experience including the US, Africa, CIS and the Middle East. He has experience of working with senior management as part of a commercial team.
His project finance experience includes work in the energy, aerospace/defence and real estate sectors representing lenders, borrowers and project sponsors. He has particular experience in relation to insurance/reinsurance issues in projects as well as substantial recent experience in restructurings.
Paul’s focus is on the development of finance/security structures and pragmatic but effective negotiation of documents to achieve commercial objectives.
Paul also has substantial dispute resolution experience and is an accredited CEDR mediator.
